1: Talk to 'Lenny' at the 'Caribbean Beach'.
2: Go to the 'Library' inside the ice-cream shop.
3: Talk to 'Penny' (she's got pink hair)
4: Go back to 'Lenny' at the 'Caribbean Beach'.
5: Talk to 'Penny' again in the 'Library'.
6: Go to the 'Old Harbour' And talk to 'Horst' he's sitting on a bench.
7: Go back to 'Penny'.
8: Go back the the 'Caribbean Beach' and talk to 'Lenny', he will give you a 'surf board'. And then your done!
